Le
Hameau du Vin, le Parc de la Vigne et du Vin
3 sites: The Hameau en Beaujolais, The Station (Gare) and the Gardens (Jardin en Beaujolais). Possibility of combining the two visits (Hameau/Gare), groups catered for on the spot (mâchon). THE STATION: Focussed on the imperial carriage of Napoleon III: collection of railway related items, model railway and projection room.
LE HAMEAU EN BEAUJOLAIS: A real cultural centre of the wine-growing world and unique en France. A journey into the world of the vineyard and wine. The spectacular puppet theatre retraces the 4 seasons of the vine, the museologic exhibition, the geology-ampelography space, the slide show and the films explain the typicity of each wine, not to forget the operating methods. 3-D Film entitled “La R’vole”, with Bernard Pivot, Paul Bocuse, Christian Marin… and the optical theatre “Noah, the first wine-grower”. A wine-tasting session to the sound of the bouteillophone reminds us of the Beaujolais spirit: conviviality.

Galerie européenne de la forêt et du bois
This unique construction located in the middle of nature at Dompierre-les-ormes (20 minutes from Cluny) is the present-day showcase of the art, professions and techniques of woodwork.
The building is also an architectural example of wooden framework. Wood is used in all its forms: structure, decoration, fuel.
In 2007, the « Gallery » is housing the impressive exhibition “Du Cœur à l’Ouvrage”, organised by the Compagnons du Devoir ( ~ guildsmen) offering an in-depth description of the trades of joiners and cabinet-makers. Throughout the 2000 m2 of the exhibition you will discover everything there is to know about trees from the forest to your furniture or home. Not far from the Gallery is the national Arboretum of Pézanin, one of the finest in France, with more than 450 tree species.
In July and August, the Gallery offers guided tours by the Office National des Forêts as well as a number of other activities. .
